Starts, Turns, and Stroke Clinic

The Novaquatics Starts, Turns, and Stroke Clinic is an excellent way to fine-tune the many parts of a race, that very often get neglected.

Our qualified coaches will spend the time to teach the proper technique in the subtle art of starts & turns, and help to fine-tune each of four the competitive strokes.

It's a perfect complement to your regularly scheduled ISL workouts.

Summer 2011 Session TBA

 Irvine Summer League Pre-Season Conditioning

The Novaquatics Summer League Pre-Season Prep Class is a great way for swimmers to prepare for the upcoming Irvine Summer League Season.

Our classes focus on the proper technique and mechanics of all four strokes, in addition to working on starts and turns.

Class participation includes a NOVA swim cap, t-shirt, and seasonal registration with the Novaquatics Swim Program.
